Who we are, and what this covers
These terms cover futurexleader.com, businessenneagramasia.com and enneagramx.com, and every test, report, X-Map™ and dashboard on them, including the private dashboards we set up for companies and studios. All three are run by FutureX Coach Consultancy (SSM 202303209211) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. When you use any of them, you agree to these terms.
You’re welcome to
- Take our tests and keep your own report.
- Share your result, or a link to any of our pages, with family, friends, your partner or colleagues.
- Quote a line or two, as long as you name us (FutureX Leader, Business Enneagram Asia or EnneagramX) and link back.
- Use a company or studio dashboard inside your own organisation, with people who have agreed to take part.
What is ours
The Enneagram itself belongs to no one. What is ours is the way we use it: our test questions and how the answers are scored, our type readings, the X-Map™ pairings and insights, our reports, tips and scripts, how our AI helper is set up and the answers it gives inside our tools, our type figures, page designs and code. So are our names: FutureX Leader, Business Enneagram Asia, X-Map™, EnneagramX, 9Hearts, 9Works, 9Moves, SAGE and PAGODA. Using our sites does not pass any of this on to you.
Please don’t, without our written OK
- Copy, republish, translate or sell our content, reports or readings, in full or in large parts, on another website, app, course, book or training.
- Scrape our pages or dashboards, or use bots or scripts to pull content or data in bulk.
- Reverse-engineer our tests, scoring, X-Map™ or dashboards: no taking our code apart, and no taking the test again and again to work out how it scores.
- Use our tests, reports, X-Map™ or AI answers to build, train or improve a competing test, tool, app or AI model, or hand them to an AI tool to recreate them.
- Present our work or our names as your own, or suggest that we endorse you.
- Share your login, or a company’s dashboard, with anyone outside that company, or resell access.
Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read and link to our public pages, so people can find us. Copying them in bulk is a different matter.
Coaches, trainers and partners
Would you like to use our tools with your own clients, or inside a paid course or training? That needs a licence from us. See Licensing, or simply ask.
Company and studio dashboards
A dashboard belongs to the company or studio that signed up with us, and is for its own people and clients only. Before anyone’s results go in, the company makes sure that person has agreed. Results are a starting point for conversations, hiring and growth. Use them together with interviews and your own judgement, never as the only reason for a decision about someone. What you see on the dashboard stays inside the company: please don’t share screenshots or exports outside it.
A guide, not a verdict
Our tests and readings help people understand themselves and each other. They are not a medical, psychological or other professional diagnosis, and no test is right every time. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made from them, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
If these terms are broken
We may pause or close access, ask for the copying to stop and the copies to be removed, and take legal action where needed. We would much rather talk first.
Privacy, updates and the law
How we look after your personal details is set out in our Privacy Promise. We may update these terms from time to time, and the date below shows the latest version. Malaysian law applies, and the courts of Malaysia handle any dispute.
